Unless otherwise stated, the revised Terms will enter into force immediately. By continuing to use the Services after modifications enter into force, the Customer indicates to agree to be bound by such modifications.

Bucket List Bums operates, hosts, and manages the Website, and performs services that enable you to access materials, texts, notes, itineraries, location pins and other content to enable you to find places in various countries and locations (the “Services”). This content may serve you as a tool to plan your trips. The Services are offered as a paid service as described below.
Though all our travel notes and pins have been carefully selected by us, Bucket List Bums disclaims any warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. We provide disclaimer details in the Disclaimer section below. It is important that you understand that you are fully responsible for planning your trips. It is advisable to check all information before relying on any content.
ELIGIBILITY
Our Services are offered to any individual above eighteen (18) years of age who are allowed to enter into any legally binding contracts.
Though our Website and Services are generally accessible on a twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week basis, we may occasionally conduct maintenance, repairs, or replacements when our Services can be inaccessible.

RESTRICTIONS ON USE
By accessing our Services, we expect that you will respect our proprietary and other lawful rights. We do not allow to:

If the Customer breaches any of these terms and conditions, Bucket List Bums may terminate your access and/or use any lawful means to protect our rights.
FEES AND PAYMENT
All fees are indicated on the Website. We may change any fee from time to time and place revised fees on our Website.
If the Website contains any incorrect price due to typographical or system error, Bucket List Bums may cancel any order listed at the incorrect price. If the Customer believes that he/she has been charged with the incorrect sum, the Customer agrees to contact Bucket List Bums to initiate a payment dispute directly.
To the extent any amounts owed under these Terms cannot be collected from your payment method(s), you are solely responsible for paying such amounts by other means.
The Customer will be solely responsible for payment of any taxes, duties, or levies as applicable to your purchase.
All payments are final and non-refundable as all paid content is provided as a digital download and is instantly downloaded. The link will be accessible within 12 months from the purchase date.
If Bucket List Bums is unable to provide you with the purchased content for any reason, Bucket List Bums will give you a full refund for the unavailable content.
AFFILIATE LINKS AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICE
Our Website may display, or contain links to third-party services and websites. Any opinions, offers, or other information that is made available by other third parties, or which is accessible through the Website (collectively, “Third Party Content”) are those of the respective authors and not of us or our directors, officers, employees, or representatives.

INDEMNIFICATION
To the full extent permitted by applicable law, the Customer shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless Bucket List Bums (and our directors, owners, officers, managers, assigns, employees, consultants, and agents), and its licensors, and each of their respective employees, officers, directors, and representatives from and against: (a) Customer’s use of the Services; (b) Customer’s breach of these Terms, Privacy Policy, or violation of applicable law; (c) breach of any obligation or duty the Customer owes to a third party.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
BUCKET LIST BUMS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF THESE DAMAGES), RESULTING FROM CUSTOMER’S USE OF THE SERVICES. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF BUCKET LIST BUMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE CUSTOMER’S USE OF THE SERVICES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTY CLAIMS), REGARDLESS OF THE FORUM AND REGARDLESS OF WHETHER ANY ACTION OR CLAIM IS BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, EXCEED THE AMOUNTS THAT THE CUSTOMER HAS PAID TO BUCKET LIST BUMS DURING THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS UNDER THESE TERMS.
TERM, SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
These Terms will remain in full force and effect while the Customer uses the Services.
We reserve the right to restrict your access (with or without notification to you), temporarily or indefinitely, suspend Services if:
a) you breach these Terms or other policies;
b) you fail to pay for the Services;
c) we believe that your actions may cause any loss or liability to any third parties or to us.
Any terms and conditions of these Terms that may survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.
You will promptly cease use of the Services and promptly irretrievably destroy all content from the Services and/or all proprietary data of Bucket List Bums obtained as a result of these Terms during any period of suspension, or upon termination of these Terms.
ACCESS TO THE SERVICES
Bucket List Bums does not provide the Customer with the equipment to use the Services or access to the applications needed to use the Services, such as, without limitation, mobile devices, browsers, Google Map application, etc. The Customer is responsible for all fees charged by third parties related to the use of the Services.
NOTIFICATIONS
The Customer hereby consents to electronically receive and access, via email or the Website, all records and notices for the services provided to the Customer under these Terms that Bucket List Bums would otherwise be required to provide to the Customer in paper form.
APPLICABLE LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Notwithstanding the specified agreement on jurisdiction, the Customer and Bucket List Bums shall, if any dispute arises, attempt to settle it by mutual negotiations.
MISCELLANEOUS
Invalid Provision. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, non-binding, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and be enforced. In such event, such invalid provision shall nonetheless be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and you will at least agree to accept a similar effect as the invalid, unenforceable, or non-binding provision, given the contents and purpose of these Terms.
Entire Agreement. These Terms, including any applicable Privacy Policy, constitute the entire and exclusive understanding and agreement between the Customer and Bucket List Bums regarding its subject matter.
Assignment. Except as expressly provided in these Terms, neither party may assign any of its rights or obligations under this Agreement without the other party’s prior written consent, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. Failure to obtain such prior written consent shall render any attempted assignment void and of no force and effect. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Bucket List Bums may assign, in whole or in part, its rights or obligations pursuant to these Terms to: (i) an Affiliate; (ii) any entity in connection with a divestiture, sale, merger or transfer of lines of business, divisions or business units.
Force Majeure. Neither party will be liable for delays or any failure to perform under these Terms due to causes beyond its reasonable control and to the extent not occasioned by the fault or negligence of the delayed party, including: fire; explosion; flood or other natural catastrophe; governmental legislation, acts, orders, or regulation; terrorist acts; or strikes or labor difficulties (each a “Force Majeure Event”). Any delay as a result of a Force Majeure Event shall last only as long as the Force Majeure Event remains beyond the reasonable control of the delayed party; provided, however, that the delayed party shall use its best efforts to minimize the delays caused by any such Force Majeure Event.
